This fund raiser for Mary DeGraaf was created to help raise money for her while she is off work with no additional income from either job benefits [sick leave, unemployment insurance, being she is self-employed], disability or other means of income.
She had breast cancer surgery and now must have chemotherapy and radiation treatments to hopefully prevent the reoccurrence of the cancer. These procedures will take approximately 6-7 months from the time of her breast cancer surgery [2/3/2003] and her friends have created this campaign to help her financially until she can return to work and become financially stable again.
